A: Your driver can meet you in the arrivals area ( meeting point ). It is best practice
to ring us when you are in Hall. This will avoid any excessive waiting / parking
charges due to customs / immigration delay.
Q: Do you operate a fixed price policy?
A: The price quoted is the price you pay. The price includes 60 minutes parking time
after touchdown. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5.
Car parking is to be paid to the driver on the day.
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
A: Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle.
Q: How early do I need to book my car?
A: We should have 24 hours notice of arrival. Bookings within the next 24 hours

Q: Will you meet us at any time of day?
A: Yes, for pre-booked journeys we provide a 24hour service.
Q: Do I get email confirmation
A: Yes If you book Via email we will confirm your booking once accepted in our system.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Pre-paid bookings refunded if more than 24 hours notice given. Less than 24 hours
prior to your booking there will be no refund and if payment not prepaid, we reserve
right to collect half the booked fare.
